The following rules apply to all NoobWars Lineage II participants and all of
them will have to respect and comply with them .
1.Rules about PK-ing
1.1) Level 4 PK-ing is prohibited since it is an abuse of the lucky skill.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : 30 days account ban
1.2) PK-ing in all starting villages is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : 30 days account ban
1.3) PK-ing outside the town of gludin , gludio and low lvl areas from high lvl chars to low lvls is prohibited.The penalty for disobeying this rule is : 30 days account ban.This rule applies only in case that the high lvl char hasnt any serious reason to pk the low lvl char (like flame etc)
2.Rules about the chat
2.1) Sexist, racist or vulgar language in Main / Trade / Shout is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : 30 days account ban
2.2) Spamming in Main / Trade / Shout is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : //stopsay 6000 ( chat ban 100 hours ) realtime if GM is online. On report 7 days account ban
2.3) Trading messages such as WTB WTS WTT etc. will take place in the Trade channel.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : //stopsay 6000 ( chat ban 100 hours ) realtime if GM is online. On report 7 days account ban.
2.4) Repeating offenders of the rules 2.2) and 2.3) will have their accounts banned for permanent.
3.Rules about the naming system
3.1) Sexist, racist or vulgar names are prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : 30 days ban of the account and name change.
3.2) Sexist, racist or vulgar titles are prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : 30 days ban of the account and title change.
3.3) Fake GM names are prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : 30 days ban of the account and name change.
3.4) Names including a country identifier such as GR, PL, BG, are disencouraged.
3.5) Names including numbers as a form of an 'elite' speech or denoting their IRL age, are disencouraged.
3.6) Names denoting their IRL name, are disencouraged.
4.Rules about scamming
4.1) All types of scamming other players including but not limited to the examples below are prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : Permanent account ban
4.2) Texture scamming is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : 30 days account ban
4.3) SS big price scamming is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : 30 days account ban
4.4) Random-party-throw-items scamming is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : Permanent account ban
4.5) Scamming with a selling store having a message of "Buying" is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : 30 days account ban
4.6) Any other type of scamming not counted here, or which may be possible in the future is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : Permanent account ban
5.Rules about third party programs use
5.1) Use of any kind of third party programs or plugins is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : Delete All Accounts. Exception: Teamspeak
5.2) The previous rule implies that botting is prohibited. For clearance issues we state it once more : BOTTING IS FORBIDDEN. The penalty for disobeying this rule is : Delete All Accounts
6.Rules about cheats / hacks / exploits / bugs / abnormal behaviour
6.1) The usage of any kind of cheats / hacks / exploits / bugs is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : Delete All Accounts
6.2) The previous rule implies that terrain / AI abuse is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : Delete All Accounts
6.3) Throwing consumables, materials or adena during a siege near castles in siege is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : The castle owner clan loses the Castle, it returns to the NPCs. Persons who do it will have all of their accounts deleted.
6.4) Blocking or making difficult the entrance or exit to any Peace Zone areas is forbidden.
6.4)Blokowanie lub utrudnianie wejscia lub wujscia do Peace Zone jest zabronione.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : Delete All Accounts
6.5) Abusing castle doors bugs to enter and kill mercenaries before the castle siege start is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : Delete All Accounts
6.5)Uzywanie bugow drzwi zamkowych aby wejsc lub zabijanie mercenaries(nie kwapie sie zeby to tlumaczyc) PRZED rozpoczesciem siega jest zabronione. Cigle lamanie tych regul bedzie karane kasacja WSZYTKICH kont gracza.
7.Rules about the GMs
7.1) Helping other players in any way that gives advantage to them or changing the course of the game is prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : GM's account is deleted. Any GM's normal account, deleted.
7.2) The GMs will NOT be involved in item recovering operations other than scamming as defined above and always according to GM's judgement.
7.3) GMs will always be //hide on and will always wear only NG items.
7.4) No GM will have the //summon command available.
8.General rules
8.1) Reporting players or GMs who do not comply with the rules is the duty of everyone.
8.2) Reporting bugs is the duty of everyone.
8.3) Reports in the forum will include full screenshots with no marks or
hidden places.
8.4) False reports / altered screenshots are prohibited.
The penalty for disobeying this rule is : Delete All Accounts
8.5) All rules apply to all participants. No exceptions made.
8.6) IP BAN will be put in cases like botting or scamming in the offenders
8.7) Ambiguous cases will be discussed and solved in GM's judgement.
8. Spamming petition system with useless tickets will lead in account suspension from 7 - 31 days.If you repeat spamming the system you will have permantly account suspension
9.Player's behaviour against GM / admins
9.1) Flaming against any admin / GM in forum will lead in permanent account suspension of the user
9.2) Flaming against any admin / GM in server will lead in permanent account suspension of the user
9.3) In any case, if you got flame from admin / GM you have to report it at [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] or with a post in forum
9.4) GM's / admins are humans and are working without be payed with something and we have to respect them in any case
9.5) Accusing a GM / admin without any proof will lead in account permanent ban.If the player accuses the GM in forum for a ingame issue he will get forum and game account ban.If the player accuses the GM for a forum issue will get forum account ban.Ban lenght will be decided by the server administrator
9.6) Decisions of Server administrator must be respected and any disagreement must be stated politely
10.Rules About in game stores
10.1) All stores have to be away from NPC's so that the players can easily use them
10.2) All stores have to be away from entrances or other points that block the players to enter an area
In this case, the GM has the right to kick the player or recall him in a close area where the store was
11.Rules about enchanting
11.1) Enchanting over +10 is prohibited.The item will be destroyed.If you re-over enchant the item (above +10) your account will be permantly banned

12.About character trading / sharing / selling
12.1) Selling accounts or items for real money is prohibited.

12.2) Trading / sharing your account is not supported

Przeklinanie wobec admina / GM'a na forum prowadzi do permanentnego zawieszenia konta uzytkownika.
9.2) Flaming against any admin / GM in server will lead in permanent account suspension of the user
Przeklinanie wobec admina / GM'a na serwerze prowadzi do permanentego zawieszenia konta uzytkownika.

W kazdym przypadku, jesli zostales wyklniety przez admina / GM'a powinienes doniesc o tym na @ : [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] lub napisac posta na forum.

GMi / admini sa tylko ludzmi i pracuja bez zadnego wynagrodzenia i powinnismy ich szanowac na kazdym kroku.

Oskarzanie GM'a / admina bez dowodow prowadzi do permanentengo bana konta. Jesli gracz oskarzy GM'a za przypadek z gry, dostanie bana na forum i w grze. Jezeli gracz oskarzy GM'a na forum za przypadek na forum, dostanie bana na forum. Dlugosc bana bedzie zalezec od zdania server administratora.
9.6) Decisions of Server administrator must be respected and any disagreement must be stated politely
Decyzje serwer administratora musza byc respektowane i kazde niezadowolenie musi byc wyrazane w sposob grzeczny.
10.Rules About in game stores

Wszystkie sklepy musza stac daleko od NPC tak, aby gracze mogli latwo z nich korzystac.
10.2) All stores have to be away from entrances or other points that block the players to enter an area
